I am trying to check the number of float shares for an example of PGEN.

https://www.floatchecker.com/stock?float=PGEN

  • yahoo: 78.65M
  • finviz: 178.03M
  • TD Ameritrade: 178.0M
  • Morningstar: 93.98 Mil
  • WSJ: 95.57 M

But different sources give dramatically different results as shown above. Could anybody show me how to check which one is the most accurate (by ways of checking the original SEC reports from the company, or other means to check the raw numbers)?
